- Calendar Week and month views, a colour per person, and a link you can subscribe to from any phone's own calendar app.
- Groceries A shared list everybody in the house can add to, with a section for what is in the cart.
- Notes and a vault Ordinary notes with tags, plus a vault for the ones that matter, encrypted on your own device so the server holds nothing it can read.
- Contacts The doctor, the plumber, the school. Linked to the appointments and repairs they belong to, so a phone number is never buried in a note.
- Belongings and warranties What you bought, what it cost, and how long it is covered. You get told before a warranty runs out rather than after.
- Repair guides and service logs How you fixed it last time, who did it, and when the boiler is next due. The thing you wish you had written down.
- Projects and events The kitchen renovation and the sixth birthday party, with their bills, photos and to-dos. An event becomes a memory of itself once it has happened.
- Budgets Yearly grids with live totals, in your own currency. Amounts are labels, never converted, and there is no bank connection anywhere in this product.
Pricing
One price per household, not per person. Invite whoever lives with you: partners, kids, grandparents. Storage for photos and PDFs is included.
The first week is free and needs no card. After the week, everything you have entered stays readable and downloadable whether you subscribe or not. A subscription is what lets you keep adding to it.
Payments are handled by Paddle, who are the seller of record. OrbitMemo never sees your card details. You can cancel from inside the app at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
What we do not do
- No ads, ever. Your family is not the product and there is nothing to sell.
- No automated scanning of your photos, notes or files. Nothing looks through what a household uploads.
- No bank connections. Budgets and prices are numbers you type. OrbitMemo has no access to any account of yours and never asks for one.
- No sharing between households, no public content, no feeds. There is nobody outside your family who can see any of it.
- Nothing held hostage. One click downloads everything, in spreadsheets any program can open, whether you are a subscriber or not.
